Sweet, light hearted, funny with a little hint of low angst. I smiled so many times that I lost count. Luke, his daughter and Chloe… all the swoon and love! Chloe needed a change of scenery during this summer but definitely did not expect the professional baseball player and lovely daughter to be part of it. She has to find a job to avoid going back to live with her family and here she was. A riot who totally turned Luke’s world upside down. The grumpy with a heart of gold hero who was already over his head with Chloe, who fitted so naturally in their lives like she was meant to be. I adored the funny vibes, R.S. grey’s touch. The main characters could have some hilarious inner conversations and Chloe was not lacking imagination either, running wild whether Luke was around her. A swoon worthy read with characters who went to the flow and honest about their feelings, true to themselves. I had so much love for Harper who managed to keep her father on his toes and to push them both out of their comfort zone. A feel good story that I enjoyed reading!
