⭐️ New Release – Ryder by Prescott Lane ⭐️

Ryder by Prescott Lane is now live!

Country music headliner, crowd pleaser, legend in the bedroom.

You know how your mother always warned you that it only takes one time. Well, I’m proof of that.

One night with country music’s hottest star, Ryder Merrick, and I got knocked up.

He promised me it wasn’t just a one night stand.

But I woke up alone, and a few weeks later found out I was carrying his child.

I’m sure Ryder won’t want anything to do with us. After all, he’s famous for not believing in love. There’s a reason he’s never written a love song.

Why should he change his tune now? But telling him I’m pregnant still feels like the right thing to do.

All it takes is maxing out my credit card to buy a front row seat to his concert.

And then wait for him to notice me… and my bump.

Ryder was a story full of depths and emotions.
It started greatly and I was hooked from the beginning. Surprise pregnancy and the main character was totally on board with it and trying to show her that he wasn’t bailing or running away. Mostly the opposite.

Ryder is famous, a successful singer who’s living the best of his life, women, no commitments and mostly living his dreams, sharing his music to the world but somehow feeling an emptiness and a void with thousands of crowds and meaningless nights. Until he met a woman who would collide and share a bond for life. Cocky, protective, going for what he wanted, complex in so many ways.

Kailey isn’t expecting to see him again. But carrying his child means that she has to face the truth, to tell the man who is not boyfriend material at all, famous and with trouble written all over.
I adored that he was so much more, surprising me so many times. She was wary and she had good reasons not to fall for the man, but it was so difficult to resist when you scratch the surface, peeling all the layers.

I adored their chemistry and banter. They were so meant to be but still working on it. Things happened so fast for these two and learning to know each other and not the version they had in mind. As the story unfolded, it revealed deep scars that still ran deep.

In spite of something that might seem lighthearted in the beginning, there were some heavy things going on, some twists I haven’t seen coming and some I wanted not to happen.
But I guess that made it more authentic.

The author managed to convey emotions so beautifully, straight to the heart. Characters showing that actions spoke louder than words, lyrics that would tell some truths and revealing parts that no would be aware of. It melted so wonderfully.

And oh my if my heart didn’t crack a little and more throughout their journey.

However, the story was cute and fun with a strong hint of sweetness.
