How long would you wait for true love?
Someday, Someday, an all-new standalone romance by International bestselling author Emma Scott, is LIVE!
Max Kaufman was kicked out of his home as a teen and his life has been an uphill battle ever since. From addiction and living on the streets, to recovery and putting himself through nursing school, he’s spent the last ten years rebuilding his shattered sense of self. Now he’s taken a job as a private caretaker to Edward Marsh III, the president and CEO of one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. Max soon learns Marsh’s multi-billion-dollar empire is a gold and diamond-encrusted web of secrets and lies.
The longer Max works and lives with the Marsh family, the tighter the secrets tangle around him. And his heart—that he’s worked so hard to protect—falls straight into the hands of the distant, cold, and beautiful son of a dynasty…
Silas Marsh is set to inherit the family fortune, but his father is determined his heir be the “perfect” son. Before Silas can take over the company and end its shady business practices, he must prove himself worthy…and deny his true nature.
Silas must choose: stand up to his father by being true to himself and his undeniable feelings for Max. Or pretend to be someone he is not in order to inherit everything. Even if it means sacrificing a chance at happiness and real love.

Someday, Someday is a poignant, engaging and heartbreaking story about two souls who have found each other in unexpected ways, colliding so beautifully.
My heart cracked a little with Silas and Max. If you have head ‘Forever Right Now’, about Max’s best friend, Darlene, you might have been more than intrigued by him.
Be ready to feel the chills, the butterflies and all the things in between, just straight to the guts.
From the beginning, the storytelling was emotionally charged and I was absorbed by Silas and Max’s journey. A journey when someday the world would see differently and let them be who they wanted to be, not who their families wanted them to be. I wished for them to find that someday, this glimmer of hope when they could show their true colors.
Max was working to rebuild himself after a long struggle, day by day no hiding anymore, fighting for what he wanted to find happiness on his own terms. Brave, caring, patient and kind, all wrapped up in sensitivity. A beautiful soul who endured so much by being rejected by his family. He wanted to help people the best he could, being someone they could relate to, helping people to heal and to move forward.
Silas was denying his true self, to protect his father’s business. Acting more than living. His pain and scars such as Max’s broke my heart. This constant inner fighting was blatant, a world without color, how families ideologies and expectations could turn into this version of yourself. From cold to hot, Silas gave me whiplash sometimes but I adored all the faces of his personality, complex and raw.
Max and Silas had an incredible alchemy, a powerful presence and so many other things. They won me over through their battles, to find a better future and watching their relationship blossom. I could go on and talk about all the things I loved about them not only as a couple but also as individuals. They were tortured characters for sure but their heartsong was their inner beauty that needed to be freed. To find that Someday and turning into Forever.
They were hot, incredibly sweet and tender. Incredibly romantic. Swoon and heart eyes, le freaking sigh…
I felt it all and the author got me with her words, describing a depicting reality, how far hatred and ignorance could push people to their utmost limits, destroying a part of themselves in the process. A harrowing emotion triggered by injustice and indifference that have not yet been redressed for both of them.
A journey that truly resonated with my heart on a deep level. A top favorite of mine. I highly recommend it.
