“Hi Monty. Wanna see my python?”
That’s how I ended up in the bathroom of some dive bar with a stranger.
Me, Monty Andrews, the quintessential virgin girl next door.
I was so out of my element, but there was no denying our explosive attraction, even via text.
Commence Operation Bang Each Other Out of Our Systems, because that was all it was—unfinished business.
I had no intention of falling back into the sheets with the tattooed, muscly, dirty-in-the-best-kind-of-way single dad over and over again…but I did.
Everything was going great—until we discovered I was his son’s teacher..

Can’t Text This was the kind of feel good book, that put a smile on my face.
Just the pick up line made ma laugh so hard, so a good one… Montana and Robbie two opposites who met in a bar and had a wild and steamy encounter that lead to a very entertaining relationship filled with sexiness, laughter and witty banter.
Once I started it, I knew that I couldn’t put it down. I’ve been hooked the moment Montana went a little bold and with some drink to help finding courage, and got to find some fun. As crazy it might be for her to act this way, I adored that sweet exterior who needed just a little push from a certain single father to make her less closed up.
Montana « Monty » always been the one to be responsible, buttoned up and it felt nice for once to loosen up and enjoy life. She had this sexy vibe that wasn’t even aware about, a mix of sweetness and hotness that made Robbie crazy.
Ah Robbie… damn that man. I guess that the whole bad boy vibe, with his big heart trying to raise his son, who wasn’t looking for a relationship, was going to learn the hard way when he collided with Monty. Someone so different from the women he used to date, but terribly complimentary, challenging him in every way, making him craving for more.
I adored how their relationship started and how the author managed to keep me entertained through their back and forth texts. The dual POV was well-rounded and I loved their thoughts, insecurities and also being overtaken by the events. One text lead to another, the way through their hearts.
As much as I adored their banter and smoking hot chemistry I wished I had more moments between Robbie, his son and Montana. I wanted that part a bit more developed. If it was the case, I would have definitely gave 5 stars. It was just the little glitch that would have made it to so more special.
Don’t get me wrong, I really loved it but I think that part was pretty important as well.
Anyway, it was a rom-com that I appreciated from the beginning until the end. I’m repeating myself but the good vibes emanating from that book was so damn forthcoming.
