In Too Deep, an all-new sexy standalone by #1 New York Times bestselling author J. Kenner, is LIVE!
Hannah Donovan is not my type.
Intellectual and career-focused, she’s a lawyer, and an intimidatingly beautiful one, at that. I’d rather pump iron than open a book, and the only reason I’d go to court would be for a traffic ticket.
She’s the most gorgeous woman I’ve ever seen. So how can I turn down her plea that I pretend to be her fiancé for one weekend?
But I never expected our pretend kisses to feel so real … or for it to lead to a wild night in bed that will forever stand out as the highlight of my sex life.
Our performance convinces everyone, but it was never meant to be more than a fantasy. A short term gig before reality sets back in.
I can’t imagine ever being good enough for her, but I’m hooked. And now I’m determined to do whatever it takes to make this fake engagement real.

About J. Kenner
J. Kenner (aka Julie Kenner) is the New York Times, USA Today, Publishers Weekly, Wall Street Journal and #1 International bestselling author of over seventy novels, novellas and short stories in a variety of genres.
Though known primarily for her award-winning and international bestselling erotic romances (including the Stark and Most Wanted series) that have reached as high as #2 on the New York Times bestseller list, JK has been writing full time for over a decade in a variety of genres including paranormal and contemporary romance, “chicklit” suspense, urban fantasy, and paranormal mommy lit.
JK has been praised by Publishers Weekly as an author with a “flair for dialogue and eccentric characterizations” and by RT Bookclub for having “cornered the market on sinfully attractive, dominant antiheroes and the women who swoon for them.” A five time finalist for Romance Writers of America’s prestigious RITA award, JK took home the first RITA trophy awarded in the category of erotic romance in 2014 for her novel, Claim Me (book 2 of her Stark Trilogy). Her Demon Hunting Soccer Mom series (as Julie Kenner) is currently in development with AwesomenessTV/Awestruck.
Her books have sold over three million copies and are published in over twenty languages.
In her previous career as an attorney, JK worked as a clerk on the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and practiced primarily civil, entertainment and First Amendment litigation in Los Angeles and Irvine, California, as well as in Austin, Texas. She currently lives in Central Texas, with her husband, two daughters, and two rather spastic cats.

A relationship of convenience turned into something more, with a strong hint of sexiness, In Too Deep showed that a means to an end could reveal how two people from different world were the perfect match.
Hannah had some issues that a fake boyfriend or fiancé could solve it. How far was she willing to go?
Meet Matthew, a man who might be successfully but insecure. Both workaholics, who weren’t looking for love. Some matchmaking from Matthew’s sister later and these two started less to act, more like crossing the lines.
Hannah was down to earth, working hard and trying to get her dream job. When she’s left with no choice to let her best friend down, finding someone to help her sounded like the best plan until love gets in the way.
I liked the main characters’ chemistry and how they needed a little push to see what was in front of them. The storyline was enjoyable to read and I found back the spark that have been missing in the last books.
