Two big hearts, one big messy ride.

Daisy Rhys is trying to sneak away from a wedding reception, when Dunk McCoy—the sexy high school football coach and guy known for a good time—comes to her rescue. He’s sweet, nice and keeps putting his foot in his mouth. Daisy is totally delighted. A quick rescue turns into a full on press of a different kind. Their chemistry is something different than Daisy has ever experienced but it looks like one-night was all that was meant to be.

The next morning, Dunk McCoy wakes up after the best sex dream of his life. But when his friends point out that he’s sporting a hickey, he’s adamant that his Cinderella could be perfect for him. He’s determined to find her, and his laughing, disbelieving friends are only too happy to send him on her trail.

Can he convince her that he wasn’t just trying to score? Or will Dunk’s attempt at true love be benched for good?

I enjoyed this small town romance, Daisy and Duncan have known each other for a long time, having common friends, living in this town where everyone knows you, friends who tends to melt sometimes in your business but definitely for the best. Incredibly sweet, fun with a feel good vibe that put me in such a good mood.

Duncan “Dunk” is the laid back and joyful guy, loyal to his bunch of friends, known as a ladies’ man but not relationship material, sharing a moment one night at his friends’ wedding that changed his life.

Daisy had some history to share as well, more than meet the eye. Selfless, caring and funny, not the side that everyone could see.

It was kinda fun to have that idea of a chance of this “Cinderella” quest, when trying to find a woman he met but too drunk to actually remember her face, just having glimpse of that night. With some help from his friends and family, he’s going to get the girl who literally blew his mind. When the meeting happened, you could see the sparks… It was kinda interesting and fun to read about that unconventional encounter. To read a story about two people who might have known each other for a while, definitely not the couple you would have imagined but so fitted, they felt so right together.

It challenging to see how easy, natural Dunk and Daisy could be as a friends but they had to learn a few things as a couple. I adored Dunk’s matchmakers friends, in their way to be there for him and pushing when needed, showing how important they were to him. I really appreciated that part of the story, melting into their romance but never overstepping.

Perfect Fit put a smile on my face, sending so many good vibes, with a hint of sweetness, tons of love, a bit of hotness and sexiness, making you fall in love in the process with these endearing characters. Making you feel like home, a heartwarming and charming small town romance!
