⭐️ Blog Tour – Better Love by Daisy Prescott ⭐️

BETTER LOVE (Wingmen, #4)  by Daisy Prescott is LIVE!
This is a standalone title.

Book Blurb:

Maybe that old song got it right.

Maybe love can be better the second time around.

When one of my wingmen needs help, I’ll do anything for him, including calling in a favor with the one person I swore I’d never speak to again.

Not after I walked away from that life five years ago and ditched the trappings of my success. The keyword being trap.

I left it all behind.

Including her.

Now the ambitious, brilliant, talented, and undeniably beautiful Roslyn Porter is back in my life. I’m not the same person she knew. I’m trying to be a better man.

No man is an island, but Dan Ashland comes close. He’s content with his quiet life on Whidbey, a world away from the rat race on the other side of the ferry.

Dan has three great loves in his life: solitude, pizza, and Roslyn Porter.

Better Love is a standalone second chance romance featuring Dan Ashland and the fourth book in the Wingmen series.

Well, after Gil, John, Tom and Erik, please meet another Wingmen, and I think he might be my favorite … le sigh.

Dan the pizza man/Silver Fox, hot AF, making me swoon so many times I lost count, simple and sexy, stubborn and caring, just my kind of guy!

I think I found one of my favorite character/silver fox. The author made an incredible work. This man won me over. He left everything behind him, the fame, the money, and mostly the love of his life Roslyn. Away from all the materialistic life, becoming bitter, he wanted to leave this life he started to hate. Money could buy a lot of things but happiness wasn’t in this book.

5 years later and one favor to the only woman who might hate him, Dan is a happy guy, owner of a pizza place, lonely but free. But with Roslyn in the picture? Maybe it’s time to take a second chance.

The red haired woman that made Dan’s head spin, independent, strong and managing her firm like a champ, wasn’t what she seemed to be anymore. Only Dan could see past her tough exterior, but it’s gonna take a lot of time and willpower to win her back. Roslyn was all that Dan was fearing, and his ultimatum set their fate years ago. Hopelessly in love but too stubborn to admit or to take the first step. I appreciated the fragile and romantic woman who just wanted to be loved.

This story was mature, strong and very heartwarming. I was blindsided by Dan, and I loved how the story was built, explaining how he left his life and he came out that way. He had such charisma, cockiness and a high level of sexiness. Little by little trying to win the love of his life, but with the fear of seeing her slipping through his fingers.

His duet with Roslyn worked in a great way. However, Roslyn character’s left me hanging for more. I felt more connected to Dan. Sometimes it was like she was moved aside, overwritten by Dan’s imposant and stellar presence.

Thanks Daisy for giving us Dan. It was a delightful gift!
