About SHOPPING FOR A CEO’S FIANCEE
We skipped right over the whole fiancée thing and went straight from girlfriend to wife.
At least, I think that’s what happened. I woke up after my brother’s Vegas wedding reception with my luscious girlfriend in bed with me. We’re both wearing wedding rings.
So is her coworker, Josh.
And our Vegas chauffeur, Geordi.
Who the hell am I married to?
Unraveling this mystery will be as difficult as figuring out why Amanda and I are having panic attacks over the thought of being husband and wife.
Or, whoever we’re actually married to.
It’s true that what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, with one exception:
If she’s my wife, we’ll make it work.
If she’s not?
I’ll make it happen.

About Julia Kent
New York Times and USA Today Bestselling Author Julia Kent writes romantic comedy with an edge, and new adult books that push contemporary boundaries. From billionaires to BBWs to rock stars, Julia finds a sensual, goofy joy in every book she writes, but unlike Trevor from Random Acts of Crazy, she has never kissed a chicken.
Julia Kent did it again! I’ve read all the series and each time it’s the same effect : utterly hilarious, sweet, sexy and romantic.
What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, right? Definitely not for Andrew and Amanda.
Best men and best maid of honor, these two were hot for each other for a long time, but with a stubborn guy who had some deep fears on his own and an independent woman who just wanted to find love, sparks will fly, crazy things happens, and with their crazy bunch of friends and family, you never know what’s going on. And I laughed so hard, impressed by the author ability to create such an incredible chemistry between the characters but also with the storyline.
Andrew’s corny lines were priceless. In their story, I loved to see all the sides of him, confident, cocky, but desperately in love with Amanda. They had history and let just say that he was letting his fears guiding his choices. Now, sure about his feelings, Andrew was nothing to lose. But what about Amanda? Was she going to let him into her heart again?
Amanda was definitely Andrew’s match. This woman could stand by herself, driving in her hideous car, with some crazy friends and family, and had such a big heart. She cared about her loved ones, very protective about them. Her tough but so sensitive side was really endearing.
The plus? The author’s creativity! Damn, there were some awesome scenes, definitely surprising, and so entertaining. Having a guy who could quote some lines from Victorian novels was definitely something! A fantastic breath of fresh air, with some colorful characters. Hilarious, sincere with a hint of swoon and romance, you won’t be disappointed! Go Andrew!
